Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 215(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 215(FIN) was read the third time. **Representative Harris, who had been previously excused (page 1113), left the Chamber. Representative Coghill assumed the Chair as Speaker pro tempore. Representative Rokeberg placed a call of the House. Representative Rokeberg lifted the call. HB 215 CSHB 215(FIN) was again before the House in third reading. Representative Rokeberg placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall CSHB 215(FIN) pass the House?" Acting Majority Leader Foster moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Weyhrauch gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 215(FIN). Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 215(FIN) be taken up on the same day. Representative Berkowitz objected. Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Weyhrauch withdrew the notice of reconsideration. Representative Gara gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 215(FIN).
